Prenatal Yoga

Develop confidence and connect with yourself and your baby as you move through the natural process of pregnancy and prepare yourself for labor. Our prenatal yoga flow classes will help you through the many common pregnancy symptoms by improving circulation, aiding digestion, maintaining flexibility, and strengthening the uterus and pelvic muscles. Moms will learn the skills to practice yoga safely at home, modify poses in other classes, and feel less stressed and more equipped for motherhood.

You will receive a complimentary mat and your props will be set up for you in advance to ensure optimal comfort and support throughout your practice.

Begin practicing at any stage of your pregnancy. Prenatal Yoga classes are appropriate for beginners through advanced practitioners.
