PRENATAL YOGA

You may begin practicing at any stage of your pregnancy. Prenatal Yoga classes are appropriate for beginner through advanced practitioners

Classes will create and support mind-body awareness through stretching, asanas and breathing exercises that will help ease anxiety, build confidence, strengthen the body and help prepare for labor.

Develop confidence and nurture your innate wisdom to connect with yourself and your baby through the natural process of pregnancy, labor, and later motherhood. .

Our gentle yet dynamic flowing prenatal yoga practice will help you through the many common pregnancy symptoms by improving circulation, aiding digestion, maintaining flexibility, and strengthening the uterus and pelvic muscles.

Moms learn the skills to confidently and safely practice yoga at home, and to modify in the other yoga classes at our studio.
