Steve Ettinger

Steve began his yoga practice as a way to overcome his own reoccurring sports injuries. Through continued practice, he began to notice the practical applications beyond injury recovery and prevention and became fascinated with yoga as a way to increase sports performance, body awareness, and quality of movement.

Steve Ettinger completed his 200-hour training with Strala Yoga in 2013. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA) since 2007, Certified Personal Trainer (ACE) since 2005, and is considered to be one of the country's leading experts on fitness for children.
