Sara Clark

Almost a decade ago, when Sara first stepped onto her yoga mat, she fell in love. Yoga has given her a newfound awareness and connection to her body, mind and spirit that she wants her students to also experience. As a certified yoga instructor, Sara's powerful Vinyasa sequences are built around trusting the body while allowing the breath to lead the way. Students are encouraged to dig deeper, to let go and to go with the flow.
