Rachel is an NYC based actor and vinyasa yoga teacher with a passion for vulnerability, self development, and puppies. Her 200 hr teacher training with Steph Wall Yoga was the first step in radical growth and transformation, and now, Rachel encourages her students to go deep on the mat so they can go deep in life. Rachel's classes are all about using the breath to embrace and ignite our power within. She focuses on alignment in challenging and creative flows, using pranayama, meditation, and hands on adjustments to create a well rounded practice. Rachel practices and teaches all over the city, continuing to add to her teaching toolkit by embracing being a forever student.
