Rachel Martin is a fun and energetic yoga instructor. She trained at Joschi Yoga Institute in July of 2015 and currently teaches full time. After graduating from NYU with a B.A. in Alternative Health and Mental Health she wanted to take a break from school and explore her yoga career. Rachel believes that through a deeper knowledge of ones own body and mind, you can find happiness and relief from anxiety.
In Rachel's classes, you can expect to be challenged both mentally and physically. Her classes explore energetic flows that combine deep breaths with inspiring asanas. Believing that yoga can be for everybody, Rachel makes an effort to design a practice that can be enjoyed by each student she instructs.
