Liz Galalis is an actor and yoga teacher. She found yoga during college and what she thought would be a fun workout quickly became a way to cope with anxiety and grief. A strong believer in the mind-body connection, Liz feels that the physical practice of yoga can be a soothing gateway into psychological healing. She completed her 200 hr. teacher training at Sonic Yoga and received an additional certification in trauma conscious yoga through Connected Warriors. As an actor, Liz loves to tell stories and explore the human condition. As a yoga teacher she's not much different. Her classes are creative, positive, and encouragingly challenging. Students are invited to dig deep into an exploration of mind, body, and spirit and will leave with a renewed sense of mindfulness.
