Kristin teaches a balanced vinyasa flow that leaves students feeling refreshed and energized. Her thoughtful sequence of poses along with her skilled use of advanced pranayama and meditation is informed by 16-years of dedicated practice where she studied different yogic traditions, including kundalini, vinyasa, and most recently ISHTA. Students who take her classes will find a welcoming space open to all levels. She offers support through helpful alignment cues, individual modifications, and caring hands-on adjustments. She incorporates restorative techniques, essential oils, and massage to prompt the body’s healing response. Through a commitment of self-study on the mat, students will come to learn how to stop the waves of thought and discover their true natures. Never the same class twice, she teaches from the heart to those who seek the tranquility and wisdom that lie within. Kristin has been teaching yoga regularly since 2011. She received her 200-hr certification from Yoga People and 300-hr certification from ISHTA.
