Kelly Stackhouse began her exploration and commitment to yoga in 2003 while at a meditation retreat in Southern Thailand. Every morning at Suan Mokkh began with meditation and yoga at 4am as the sun rose. Each day, she noticed her flexibility rapidly changed. In addition to that, she found many poses that finally gave her control over her asthma, which she had had trouble with since her youth. In 2005, Kelly began her 200-Hour certification at YogaSpace, Toronto, Canada. Much of her training focused on Vinyasa, Hatha, as well as Pre and Post-Natal yoga. She teaches with an enthusiasm and commitment that encourages others to find their own special connection to their practice. Her intention is simply for her students to revel in the magic of yoga and to soak up all of its truly amazing benefits.
