A dancer since the age of 2, Jen (@jen_nigro) came to yoga after ending a decade-long career in corporate America. Originally drawn to yoga as a bridge between dance + other physical practices (she also teaches indoor cycling!), she quickly recognized a quiet calm brewing inside her as the result of continued practice. Jen completed her RYT-200 at Yoga Vida with additional guidance by Christine Chen (Laughing Lotus) and went on to gain her trauma-informed certification through Exhale to Inhale. She continues to study healing through movement with the premise that yoga is for every body, linking breath to movement + movement to music to create a seamless yoga experience.
