Arianna began her yoga journey 3 years ago in Miami, FL at Green Monkey Yoga. She was inspired by the challenge, both mentally and physically, she got out of her very first class. She found that there was always something to learn, to improve upon, to adjust, to work toward, to soften, and to strengthen. Yoga is all about balance, and that made it the perfect fit for Arianna. She immersed herself into the yoga community in Miami, practicing about 6 times a week, and taking from a variety of experienced teachers, exploring styles such as anusara, power, vinyasa, ashtanga, and restorative.
She received her 200 RYT certification from Green Monkey Yoga in July of 2015 and has been teaching in the power and vinyasa styles ever since. Arianna is a passionate yogi, both on and off her mat, and loves bringing the gift of yoga to her community. Her students can expect a grounding beginning, a strong flow filled with alignment cues, philosophy, and mindfulness, and ample time for restorative postures and a cool down.
