Alex first discovered yoga after much reluctancy, at a stagnant point in her life when she was seeking deeper purpose. Once she started practicing, she couldn't stop incorporating it into her life and sharing this new found passion with others. In a sense, yoga found Alex as her path to become a yoga teacher soon became inevitable.
